With a 72 mm waist, the Peregrine is great for anyone who likes to carve quickly through every radius and sometimes really let rip. Fully overhauled and designed in bright colours for this winter, the Peregrine 72 is impossible to miss on the slopes. With different geometry, a widened shovel and shortened tip and tail rocker, this powerhouse masters every turn radius and can switch edges even faster thanks to a 72-millimetre waist. Long, medium or short turns – if you’re ambitious about performance, look no further. Its versatility is magnified by Tailored Carbon Tips. Carbon fibres applied using Völkl’s exclusive Tailored Fibre Placement (TFP) process allow our engineers to influence curve behaviour with great accuracy. The strength and alignment of the fibres define the force you need to apply and the energy that builds up where it’s needed. Agile shovel reaction is a feature of special note. This means that as soon as you initiate a turn, the ski begins to steer in a measured and controlled manner, depending on how the edges are employed. This construction also allows means less weight without any loss of stability. Last but not least, TFP allows our designers to tailor every length to the requirements of each target group. The whole Peregrine range is made with 3D.Glass at the front and rear areas, while the ski is built around our renowned multilayer wood core featuring a mix of poplar and beech. Two full layers of Titanal give the ski its familiar vigour. The Peregrine 72’s ride is also boosted by the R-Motion 3 GW binding.

Multilayer Woodcore 1: First and only sidewall/core technology intended for aggressive on-piste and racing use and capable of delivering the victory and defeat, even if it is measured in hundredths of seconds.

Tailored Carbon Tips: The visibly integrated Tailored Carbon Tips are light, allow an agile shovel reaction with less effort and quickly build up energy.

3D.Glass: 3D.GLASS improves overall ski performance and stability even in critical snow conditions. Compared to classic glass constructions the three-dimensional and multiple-folded glass layers in the tip & tail area or in the binding area result in an increased edge grip and a more vivid rebound behavior in turns.

Tip Rocker: Only bends upwards in the shovel area, while the middle and tail of the ski feature a camber shape.

Full Sidewall ABS: These sidewalls allow for precise power transfer from the skier to the edges of the ski.

Full Titanal: The titanium setup makes the ski agile and dynamic. Especially friends of a hard, fast and aggressive riding style benefit from the quick response of this construction.

P-Tex 4504 Base: A sintered, ultra-high molecular polyethylene base with an extremely high density. Besides a great wear resistance and perfect wax absorption the P-Tex 4504 is extremely fast and exclusively used on our top of the line and race models. The material has been upgraded with special additives to make it thermal and electro-conductive and proves its qualities with premium glide and maximum speed in races.

rMotion3 12 GW Bindings: This is a complete system whose significantly lighter race plate ensures optimal flex and grip. Returns: All returned Items must be shipped back to us at the buyer expense within 14 day of receipt. The product must still be in the original manufactures wrappers and box along with being repackaged in the same box that it was shipped to you in. Your refund will be given as Money back less a 20% restocking charge.
